Worry-free onsite service card
With an insignificant upgrading fee, warranty services can be enhanced to onsite services for hardware purchased with standard repair warranty, or is located away from standard onsite maintenance services.  When equipment defect is reported, a qualified and authorized Lexmark engineer will be dispatched to your premises to resolve the printing challenge.

Attentive maintenance service card
Upgraded maintenance services are available.  Lexmark engineers will be dispatched onsite to provide periodic and preventive maintenance services based on maintenance service contract.  Usual maintenance services include: paper route and imaging device cleanup, mechanical lubricating services, realignment, etc..  Thorough cleanup and maintenance of your printers will help to improve printing quality, reduce malfunction, extend operation effectiveness, highly recommended for heavy duty users and production application users. In addition, you will still be entitled to standard hardware warranty services; uninterrupted printing operations can be guaranteed by paying a fixed amount of fee and avoid other additional spending.

Worry-free backup printer service
Should you wish your printer malfunctioning never affect business operations, this extended service can be purchased.  If your issue cannot be resolved in the same business day, we will response within in 4 hours, and provide you with a backup printer for replacement within 8 hours, until your printer is repaired.

Extended warranty service
To provide you with attentive long term services, during warranty period, you can purchase extended warranty at special price, to enjoy same quality repair and maintenance services for another 1 to 3 years.  Your long term printer usage can also be worry-free.

Training
Quality training can be carried out by Lexmark experienced engineer for your basic printer knowledge.  Training helps you to thoroughly understand all functions, characteristics, and proper usage of a printer to enhance operation effectiveness.  Should you encounter basic malfunctioning (eg. paper jam), you will learn to resolve the issue yourself to resume the operations efficiently.
