Repair Status Inquiry

[Warranty Services]
We offer comprehensive and worry-free warranty services for our customers.  During warranty period, any hardware defects, excluding misuse or abuse, will be repaired free of charge by presenting your warranty form and proof of purchase.  We offer on-site service, pick-up or delivery service, depending on the type of defected products and your location.  In addition, more than 110 service centers across 80 cities in China have been established to ensure your convenience in repair and maintenance; we want you to use Lexmark printers with greatest comfort.

[800 Hotline Services]
We offer comprehensive and convenient on-line services with the effective and friendly Lexmark 12-hour, 7 days, national toll-free service hotline: 800-810-0595.  For areas without 800 toll-free services and mobile phone customers, please dial 400-811-0055.  Experienced engineers are on-line, 12 hours a day and 7 days a week, to provide you with solutions, technical supports and assistance.  You can also inquire Lexmark products and supplies information through this hotline.  Should you encounter any difficulty during printing, please contact us immediately.  Our hotline engineers are here for solutions and to ensure an uninterrupted printing process.

[LexExpress]
We offer efficient, attentive defect printer pick-up and delivery services for end-users in 27 cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Nanjing, Shenyang, Shezhen, Tianjin, Hangzhou Suzhou, Wuxi, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Hefei, Qingdao, Chengzhou, Zhangchun, Changsha, Chongqing, Nanning, Dalian, Wuhan, Kunming, Dongguan, Harbin, and Nanchang.  For series Z inkjet printers, series X small all-in-one, and series E small laser printers, defected hardware will be picked up at your premises and delivered after being repaired, simply by reporting the defection through service hotline during warranty period.  Warranty form and proof of purchase are required upon pickup and delivery.
We will be setting up LexExpress in more cities to provide you with most convenient services.

[On-site services]
We offer professional and timely onsite service for large laser printer users.  Limited at-your-door services and onsite repairs are provided for customers located 50Km within the service centers.  During warranty period, you can report hardware defects through hotline, and Lexmark engineers will be dispatched onsite to provide solutions and repairs by the next business day if the initial assessment shows that your issues cannot be resolved over the phone, to ensure uninterrupted printing operations.

[On-line services]
We offer comprehensive on-line support to ensure convenient information access.  You can inquire Lexmark printing techniques and services coverage in our Chinese website.  Lexmark on-line technology knowledge base is always updated to assist you with installation and problem shooting.
